Lead enterprise-wide transformation execution for Orthopedics separation in APAC, enabling broader MedTech Supply Chain (MTSC) transformation. This role orchestrates cross-functional execution, governance, prioritization, and alignment across strategic supply chain initiatives, focusing on operational delivery, service continuity, and organizational alignment. Responsibilities include managing legal entity separation, network segmentation, asset disentanglement, system/data separation, and transitional service agreements to ensure smooth transitions and operational effectiveness for both the separated Orthopedics entity and the remaining J&J MedTech organization. The role requires strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and driving integrated transformation roadmaps.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead cross-functional orchestration supporting separation readiness and stabilization
  2. Ensures effective and timely handover to Orthopedic supply chain that will be newly established
  3. Manage key dependencies across supply chain, logistics, ERP, planning, commercial, and finance teams
  4. Drive enterprise issue/risk escalation management and mitigation planning
  5. Accountable for J&J MedTech Supply Chain [Remain Co] operates with high efficiency and effectiveness as Orthopedics get separated

  • Master of Business Administration
  • 10-15+ years of progressive supply chain, transformation, strategy, or operational leadership experience
