Founding seller for a new agentic AI product line within an enterprise software company. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, developing the GTM playbook, engaging with C-level buyers, and collaborating with product and marketing. The ideal candidate has deep fluency in agentic AI, a builder mentality, and experience selling enterprise software. This role has a clear path to GTM leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full sales cycle for a net-new product line - from identifying the right ICP through to close
  2. Develop the foundational GTM playbook: messaging, discovery methodology, competitive positioning, and deal strategy
  3. Engage directly with C-level and VP-level buyers at enterprise accounts, translating agentic AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes
  4. Run effective discovery and demos - frequently without an SE present - because you understand the product deeply enough to lead the technical narrative
  5. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and the CEO to shape go-to-market based on what you’re learning in the field
