Director, New Products & Business Development for Neuroscience CAPLYTA at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. This role leads cross-functional US Integrated Strategy Teams and Launch Readiness efforts to accelerate leadership in Neuroscience. Responsibilities include providing input into global compound strategy, leading launch readiness teams, representing the US on Global Commercial Teams, partnering on pipeline assets, leading US strategic planning (positioning, value proposition, Go-To-Market), developing early market-shaping strategies, collaborating on forecasts and valuations, and evaluating business development opportunities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead US Integrated Strategy Team (IST) to provide input into global compound strategy and Launch Readiness Team (LRT) to ensure readiness for key upcoming CAPLYTA launches ( BP Mania, Pediatric Indications, MDD Monotherapy, Irritability in Autism ( in partnership w/ TAL)
  2. Represent the US on the Global Commercial Team (GCT) to provide input to the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO).
  3. Partner with GCSO on pipeline assets to ensure commercial insight drives clinical development plans
  4. Lead US strategic planning including positioning, value proposition, Go-To-Market strategy, and inform US label planning, competitive vision, TPP, and value proposition for products going through the investment governance process.
  5. Develop early market-shaping strategies including unbranded market development strategy, evidence generation, and KOL engagement.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience required.
  • Ability to develop strategy and build business cases for new opportunities.

Nice to have

  • MBA preferred.
