What you'd actually do

  1. Build. You’ll have your fingerprints all over DoorDash’s next big business. You’ll do whatever it takes to launch, get 1% better every day, and scale something completely new. This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details.
  2. Strategize. From first principles, you’ll develop a strategy to turn DoorDash Retail into the “go to” way customers shop–from their everyday essentials to fun splurges.
  3. Experiment. You’ll transform strategies into operational experiments that create measurable and actionable outcomes and feed back to your larger roadmap.
  4. Analyze. You’ll assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions, and use your judgement to balance the short and long term trade offs.
  5. Lead and collaborate. You’ll work with a cross-functional team, including engineering, marketing, design, product, and more, as well as lead and develop your own pod to build.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
  • 10+ years of experience in high-performance cultures (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related)
  • BS/BA Degree
