Director, North America VCS Verticals at Visa, responsible for leading the planning and execution of B2B payment product offerings and market positioning for specific verticals. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and support the delivery of Visa’s vertical strategy across the full product suite of B2B solutions and capabilities
  2. Partner with global teams on solution requirements with scalability and long-term vision in mind
  3. Brainstorm with internal and external teams to develop ideas and potential solutions for co-creation
  4. Provide strategic and operational support to executive leadership as appropriate
  5. Participate in the development/enhancement of vertical-specific collateral for the NA region

Skills

Required

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity
  • The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on

Nice to have

  • Experience in business analytics and intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)
