What you'd actually do

  2. Develop and drive a comprehensive SME&C GS&O communication strategy that connects executive messaging, field communications, partner engagement, and external storytelling
  3. Partner closely with senior leadership to shape key messages, presentations, and communication moments
  4. Drive alignment across marketing, sales, partner, and field teams to ensure a unified story
  5. Define success metrics and track effectiveness of communication strategies

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years communications, marketing operations, field operations, program management, project management, or related experience

Nice to have

  • 6+ years experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role
  • 4+ years experience in technology, AI, cloud, or partner ecosystems
  • Knowledge of small medium business market dynamics
  • Effective storytelling and narrative-building capabilities with the ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations
