  1. Own the end-to-end content narrative and experience for each event, defining a clear throughline that drives understanding, engagement, and action
  2. Shape the overall content strategy, aligning event experiences to business priorities, audience needs, and targeted skill outcomes
  3. Lead audience segmentation and experience design, ensuring content is relevant, contextual, and tailored to distinct learner groups
  4. Establish and uphold standards for session design, content quality, and experience consistency across all contributing teams
  5. Bring together content from multiple stakeholders into a unified, intentional experience with a clear structure and progression

Skills

Required

  • Master's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 7+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience leading content strategy, experience design, or program delivery for large-scale, complex events within a global, matrixed environment
  • Track record of designing and delivering high-quality content experiences across multi-day, multi-audience events, spanning both in-person and digital formats
  • Experience in learning, skilling, or enablement, with a clear understanding of how content drives engagement, retention, and behavior change
  • Ability to define content strategy and narrative frameworks that bring together inputs from multiple teams into a clear, unified experience
  • Experience establishing content standards and governance at scale, paired with strong editorial judgment and the ability to prioritize and maintain a high bar for quality
  • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across content, marketing, production, and business teams in a highly matrixed organization
