This role leads the Controllership organization through system and process transformations, focusing on automation, AI integration, and ERP upgrades. It involves defining future vision, building a team for process improvements, managing change, writing business requirements, supporting control assessments, and overseeing master data governance within a SOX-compliant environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Shape and drive the future vision of the Controllership organization, working with leadership across the Finance organization and cross-functional teams
  2. Build a team to drive identification of pain points, opportunities for automation and transformative process changes required across the Controllership organization
  3. Engage and drive with the Controllership teams opportunities for process improvements and change management
  4. Lead the team in writing and reviewing business requirements documents for Controllership system transformation
  5. Support the teams through control assessments, in particular with process and system changes

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of experience in US GAAP accounting
  • leading cross-functional system projects and implementations
  • leading accounting organizations through change for both systems and processes
  • managing in a SOX controlled environment
  • managing master data governance
  • CPA license
