  5. Effectively communicate and influence at all levels across different functions, including senior executives, to champion user-centric solutions

Skills

Required

  • 13+ years of relevant design experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of previous experience managing a team(s) of 15+ designers
  • Portfolio demonstrating design strategy and systems for consumer-facing products at scale
  • Experience driving company-wide strategic initiatives and XFN roadmapping
  • Ability to build solutions from first principles in ambiguous situations
  • Strong sense of user empathy
