This is a SaaS Emerging Enterprise sales leadership role, managing a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives for Braze’s market-leading Customer Journey Orchestration platform. The role focuses on winning new logos and requires experience in building and leading outbound pipeline generation, accelerating deals, and coaching reps. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and experience engaging with prospects across various industries and functional roles.

What you'd actually do

  1. This is a SaaS Emerging Enterprise sales leadership role, managing a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives for Braze’s market-leading Customer Journey Orchestration platform.
  2. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Director to lead a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives at Braze whose sole focus is winning new logos.
  3. Your team will focus exclusively on hunting and winning net-new logos.
  4. You should have experience building and leading outbound pipeline generation, strategizing on how to accelerate deals, and coaching reps to lead with value when navigating highly competitive deals.
  5. As a front-line leader whose team sells into companies across multiple industries, you should have strong business acumen and be ready to prepare for, and participate directly in, prospect-facing engagements to drive deals across the finish line.
