Director of Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) for Adobe's Creative Foundations business, focusing on driving global growth and sales performance. What you'd actually do

  1. Own Enterprise GTM strategy for Adobe’s Creative Foundation business, scaling adoption, while expanding usage, footprint, and long-term customer value across Enterprise.
  2. Partner with a cross-matrix team including Product Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Operations and Product teams to develop and implement plans that deliver quarterly and annual sales goals
  3. Develop and maintain deep understanding of each customer segment, and provide insights to Product and Product Marketing teams that result in improved product capabilities and experiences
  4. Identify and prioritize business growth opportunities (e.g. country, route-to-market, vertical, product) and develop programs to deliver against these opportunities (test, implement). Drive cross-functional collaborations to achieve the same goal at country level.
  5. Preempt and problem-solve operational issues; lead and integrate cross-functional efforts.
