What you'd actually do

  1. Architect People Growth: Directly manage, coach, and inspire a geographically dispersed, multi-layered team of Field Marketing Managers. You will be fiercely committed to designing clear, demonstrable career growth journeys for your team members, turning high-potentials into future industry leaders.
  2. Theater Ownership: Lead the development and optimization of highly strategic, comprehensive North American marketing plans designed to build massive pipeline and drive revenue velocity across regions, segments, industries, and specific personas.
  3. Partner Mobilization: Drive massive partner adoption and total alignment with corporate campaigns, promotions, and tools. Develop sophisticated, joint co-marketing plans, maximize market awareness, and generate net-new opportunities across the partner ecosystem.
  4. Manage a comprehensive, roll-up theater budget. Continually analyze the ROI and effectiveness of your marketing mix using Salesforce and Tableau to refine activities for maximum impact. Ensure all corporate compliance, policies, and mandatory training are executed flawlessly and on time.
