This role is for a Director of Internal Communications at Databricks, an AI company. What you'd actually do

  1. Own company-wide communications, run our most important internal moments, and serve as a trusted partner to our founders and executive team.
  2. Serve as a trusted communications advisor to Databricks' leaders, providing strategic counsel and content development for internal audiences.
  3. Own Databricks' internal communications strategy: All Hands, Company Kickoff, org announcements, and major company updates.
  4. Collaborate with across departments to align internal and external narratives, especially around major announcements, product launches, and organizational changes.
  5. Lead change communications for key initiatives, helping employees navigate transitions with clarity and confidence.
