  • Hands-on experience running experimentation programs: hypothesis development, test design, statistical analysis, and learning socialization
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence VP+ stakeholders across product, finance, and go-to-market
  • Experience monetizing AI-powered features or credit-based systems is a strong differentiator
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make sound tradeoffs at ecosystem scale
