Director of Product Management, Media Generation

Director of Product Management to lead the Media Generation product group, owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role will serve as the product leader across engineering, AI research, design, user research, product marketing, and go to market teams, working with internal teams and external partners to shape joint product experiences and implement the latest models quickly. The role is an opportunity to shape a new, AI-first product at global scale, define the next generation of creative tooling, and work closely with customers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the long-term product vision, articulating how creators concept, generate, iterate, and produce their work
  2. Lead the Media Generation product roadmap by identifying high impact opportunities, prioritizing features, defining success metrics, and supporting end to end delivery.
  3. Build creator first workflows that feel powerful, expressive, and intuitive for artists, designers, and technical creatives.
  4. Partner closely with engineering, AI research, design, user research, and platform teams to deliver a cohesive, scalable product experience.
  5. Manage fast moving, agentic product development efforts with cross functional teams

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex, multi surface products.
  • A deep understanding of generative and assistive ai technologies
  • Proven experience building products for creators, artists, designers, or creative technologists.
  • Experience leading product in a matrixed organization and influencing across engineering, design, research, and go to market teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, zero to one ideas and turn them into shipped, scaled products.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams implementing new partner technology at fast turns in a dynamic market environment
  • Strong product judgment and systems thinking, with comfort working at the intersection of UX, technical architecture, and AI capabilities.
  • A builder’s mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and learning through shipping.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to align senior leaders and cross functional partners around a clear product narrative.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI powered products, developer platforms, or visual or graph-based tools is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a preference for Computer Science or Product Design. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
