Director of Production for Adobe's in-house creative agency, responsible for leading the execution engine of complex, multi-disciplinary creative work at scale. The role involves shaping how ideas move from concept to execution, building production systems and workflows, and embedding AI-enabled workflows to enhance efficiency and creative output. This is a leadership role focused on operational excellence and strategic production within an AI-native environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale, high-visibility creative programs, ensuring seamless delivery from concept through launch
  2. Translate creative and strategic direction into structured, executable plans aligning scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resourcing
  3. Partner closely with Creative and Strategy leadership to balance ambition with execution, protecting the integrity of the work while ensuring delivery
  4. Act as the bridge between creative, strategy, and execution driving alignment, momentum, and clarity across teams
  5. Oversee integrated production across formats, including brand campaigns, product storytelling, keynotes, film, social, experiential, and emerging platforms

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in creative production, program management, or integrated production roles within an agency or in-house creative organization.
  • Proven experience leading production and program management for large-scale, complex creative initiatives across multiple channels and disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale production systems, workflows, and operational frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of integrated production across digital, film, social, experiential, and emerging media.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing and optimizing complex production budgets.
  • Ability to translate creative vision into execution, balancing ambition with operational realities.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows and a curiosity for how emerging technologies can transform production and creative operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and operational leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
  • A systems-thinking mindset, with a focus on improving how teams operate and deliver over time.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing production or program management teams.
  • Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
