Director of Revenue Systems to own and scale the technology foundation behind the Go-to-Market organization, leading Salesforce and broader GTM systems. The role involves defining strategy, building scalable architecture, evaluating emerging technologies including AI-powered solutions, and creating workflows. The focus is on treating internal platforms like products to enable Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to operate more efficiently.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the strategy, architecture, and execution of our Salesforce platform and broader Revenue Systems ecosystem.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers while raising the technical and operational maturity of the function.
  3. Treat Salesforce as an internal product by developing roadmaps, prioritizing competing requests, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver the highest-impact work.
  4. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  5. Design systems with long-term scalability in mind, proactively accounting for edge cases and reducing downstream operational overhead and data hygiene issues.
