  3. Guides stakeholders through complex projects with broad direction to ensure work is executed according to compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements, proactively anticipating team needs and removing road blockers

Skills

Required

  • Formal training or certification on site reliability engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
  • Experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate, and solve complex technological issues and engaging team members effectively
  • Experience leading leaders/teams in the safe use of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment, including validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to set governance expectations for AI-assisted recommendations (e.g., review/approval and escalation paths) aligned to resiliency, security, and auditability outcomes.
  • Experience hiring, developing, and recognizing talent and influencing team culture by championing innovation and change for success
  • Ability to express complex ideas with appropriate level of detail
