What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the engineering team responsible for Fraud Defense (including Anti-Piracy Fraud), Technology Resilience, and Strategic Data Regulation
  2. Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for fraud detection, prevention, and investigation platforms
  3. Design, build, and scale automated systems for identifying and terminating fraudulent accounts, detecting anomalous content, and protecting intellectual property from piracy
  4. Drive the expansion of Anti-Piracy Fraud capabilities, including takedown operations, content protection tooling, and rights enforcement
  5. Ensure disaster recovery readiness and resilience across critical production services

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience, managing software engineers
  • Experience hiring, managing, and developing high-performing engineering teams
  • 3+ years of experience managing agile software projects across multiple teams
  • Experience driving adoption of Generative AI tools and practices into software development workflows — including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, code review, and documentation — to accelerate delivery and raise the quality bar
  • 3+ years of experience architecting and designing (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
  • 3+ years of experience developing and deploying distributed, high-availability solutions
  • Experience delivering software products at scale in a fast-paced, technology-first environment
  • Experience partnering with product or program management teams
  • Experience as a software engineer with influence on product design and technical direction
