Director of Talent Acquisition

The Director of Talent Acquisition will partner with the Go-to-Market organization to scale the global GTM organization. This role involves strategic leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on execution, including building and leading a global team of recruiters and partnering with key leaders across the business.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the global GTM organization, including Sales, Engagement and Legal Engineering. Shape the direction of how we hire and who we hire.
  2. Serve as a strategic partner to the CRO and the global leadership team to align resources to our global hiring plan. Ensure regular reporting, market intelligence, compensation trends and organizational recommendations are delivered.
  3. Build a high-performing talent team to execute at pace, without sacrificing on quality. We’re building a world-class team and expect you to set the example.
  4. Serve as the point person on key TA programs, such as implementing structured interviewing frameworks, leading interviewer excellence programs and TA enablement initiatives.
  5. Act as the TA point of contact for our market expansion efforts. Own the outcomes of our global hiring roadmap, ensuring that we’re executing in line with our ambitious plans.
