What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of an embedded software team, including software architects and test engineers.
  2. Insource a portion of software development by the end of 2026 to reduce reliance on external partners and optimize cost efficiency.
  3. Oversee software that supports Construction and Engineering to forecast, plan, design, build, and operate the network.
  4. Lead the team into the AI era by transforming SDLC processes to increase time to market, improve resiliency, and complete application rationalization efforts.
  5. Champion the adoption of AI tools to boost team productivity and efficiency, positioning AI as an enabler.
