Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Operations Leadership & Learning to shape and deliver enterprise leadership development and learning strategies across global operations. This role involves partnering with senior leaders and HR to design scalable, data-driven programs that build capabilities, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support business transformation. Key responsibilities include leading the design and execution of leadership development programs, identifying capability gaps, overseeing training and certifications, establishing learning frameworks, driving innovation in learning delivery, measuring effectiveness, and managing a team and budget.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the design and execution of enterprise leadership development programs and functional learning strategies aligned to DePuy Synthes Supply Chain & Operations business priorities and talent strategy.
  2. Design and oversee functionally focused global leadership development programs across levels, including senior leader and emerging leader populations.
  3. Partner with senior business, HR, and training leaders to identify functional capability gaps and translate them into targeted learning solutions.
  4. Lead the global training and certifications process to upskill workforce in critical operational skillsets and methodologies, e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, project management, change management
  5. Establish and govern learning frameworks, curricula, and standards to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.

Skills

Required

  • progressive experience in global leadership positions in Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, HR, or related functions
  • designing and leading large-scale leadership, employee engagement, corporate culture, and/or learning initiatives
  • influence and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and leading individuals and leaders
  • supporting leadership development in a global, matrixed organization
