  3. Recover and surpass keyword positions lost to competitors in recent algorithm shifts.
  4. Stand up a content production engine that ships work that ranks, without every piece needing a senior review.
  5. Cut the vendor stack down. Make what’s left accountable and tell us what should move in-house.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing
  • at least 3 years leading a team and owning strategy and budget at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology company
  • Connect organic channels to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes
  • Read crawl logs, diagnose Core Web Vitals issues, direct schema implementations, and partner credibly with engineers on site architecture decisions
  • Actively experimented with citation strategies, structured content for model consumption, or measured share of voice in answer engines
  • Experience building or managing content operations at scale with high editorial standards
  • Managed agencies and know how to hold them to outcomes
