Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 15+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
  • 10+ years of experience leading design teams including managers
  • Experience in high-growth, complex product environments
  • Proven ability to lead across multiple products or programs
  • Track record of driving operational excellence and building scalable processes
  • Expertise in user interface design, information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies
  • Ability to translate data (qualitative + quantitative) into strategic design decisions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities across all levels of the organization
  • High judgment, strong analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to bring ideas to life through clear, tangible design concepts

Nice to have

  • Experience designing complex workflows for customers and expert users
  • Experience delivering multi-channel experiences (web, mobile, in-clinic/POS, etc.)
  • Background in consumer experiences for healthcare or other regulated industries
  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and multiple priorities effectively
  • Hands-on perspective with the ability to dive deep
