What you'd actually do

  1. Primary finance business partner to a Product GM and/or EVP of Engineering
  2. Work with product and technology leaders to establish the financial goals and measure progress throughout the year, highlighting finance recommendations on course of action, including providing a decision framework for optimizing resource allocations in a fast-paced environment
  3. Partners with leaders across the company, establishing trust and gaining an understanding of relevant drivers and key economic metrics (e.g., price and quantity contribution to revenue, cost to serve, and margin expansion)
  4. Develop framework for effective resource management, ROI analysis and business recommendations on strategic investments and their impact on growth drivers and margin expansion
  5. Partner closely with Strategy and Pricing teams to define monetization strategies and insights, including future AI roadmap opportunities

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other relevant discipline or equivalent relevant experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or analytics
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving both strategic and operational activities
  • Proven skill in managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive financial modeling experience, including scenario planning, ROI analysis, and cost-benefit analysis
  • Experience with financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Hyperion, or similar)
  • Compelling storyteller with the ability to synthesize complex financial and strategic data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership
