Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Product Information Management (PIM) to lead the transformation of product information and execution workflows across Value Chain Management (VCM). This role involves establishing and evolving a product-centric digital backbone that connects strategy, planning, execution, and investment across the product lifecycle. The Director will act as a change agent, embedding structure, governance, and trusted product data into digitized workflows to improve cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include leading a team of digital product owners, redesigning end-to-end workflows, defining PIM strategy and roadmap, driving adoption, establishing data trust, enabling system integration, and serving as the IMSC Quickbase Platform Owner. The role requires a strong systems-thinking outlook, experience in business process transformation, workflow digitization, and data management, with a focus on improving how work flows across teams in a regulated environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and evolve PIM as a product-centric digital backbone across the value chain

  3. Redesign and digitize end-to-end workflows, clarifying ownership and dependencies
  4. Define and implement the PIM strategy and roadmap aligned to VCM and enterprise priorities
  5. Drive adoption so workflows become embedded in day-to-day execution

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and/or Program Leadership
  • Proven track record in business process transformation and workflow digitization
  • Systems-thinking outlook with focus on improving how work flows across teams
  • Significant experience working with data (i.e., ownership, source of truth, data quality)
  • Excellent communication and executive engagement skills, as well as strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity with accountability and delivery focus

Nice to have

  • Understanding of end-to-end value chain operations
  • Experience with Quickbase or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Power BI)
  • Experience delivering scalable digital solutions with high adoption
