Director, Product Management

The Director of Product Management will manage the technical product strategy of the Digital Advertising Technology team, working with Sales and brand leadership on strategy and goals, and defining/driving technical advertising projects and integrations. This role will lead the design and launch of ad products and platforms, own the product roadmap for a self-service advertising platform, manage partner integrations, and serve as a point of escalation for technical issues.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end‑to‑end design and launch of net‑new, revenue‑driving ad products and platforms, partnering closely with Ad Sales and Brand teams to accelerate innovation and unlock new monetization opportunities.
  2. Serve as the primary owner of the product roadmap, and development for NEO, WBD’s proprietary self‑service advertising platform.
  3. Maintain relationship with Distribution and external partners to execute platform integrations on partner endpoints.
  4. Serve as point of escalation to Ad Sales for technical issues/questions and provide additionaltechnical support as necessary to ensure successful delivery of sales commitments.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders and product leads to communicate advertising business needs and timelines for TVE, Streaming, and FAST platforms.

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of experience in Digital Ad Technology and/or Product Management
  • Ability to manage an agile team in a fast-paced environment
  • A thorough understanding of digital ad products, ad measurement, TV Everywhere platforms and services, and programmatic advertising
  • Extensive knowledge of Freewheel and Google Ad Manager ad serving platforms
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
