Director of Product Management for Audience Targeting & Measurement within Warner Bros. Discovery's Streaming DTC Ad Product Team. This role owns the product strategy and execution for privacy-first audience targeting, measurement, and activation capabilities, ensuring responsible use of first-party data while adhering to global privacy regulations. The position involves leading a team of Product Managers, partnering with various internal stakeholders (Ads, Marketing, Growth, Analytics, Engineering, Data, Privacy Legal, AdTech), and driving solutions to improve audience match rates and scale in programmatic environments. The role requires expertise in AdTech, audience targeting/measurement, data platforms, or privacy-regulated products, and people management experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the global product vision and roadmap for audience targeting and measurement, grounded in privacy‑by‑design principles.
  2. Lead strategy for how consumer consent, preferences, and privacy signals inform audience eligibility, activation, and measurement across advertising and marketing use cases.
  3. Partner with Ads, Marketing, Growth, and Analytics teams to evolve audience targeting and measurement capabilities that maximize addressability, performance, and yield within regulatory and platform constraints.
  4. Enable compliant use of first‑party data, ensuring alignment between consent frameworks, data governance, and activation workflows.
  5. Drive solutions that improve audience match rates and scale in programmatic environments, adapting to identity loss and platform signal changes.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • deep expertise in AdTech, audience targeting, audience measurement, data platforms, or privacy-regulated products
  • Experience in people management, managing a team product managers is required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

Nice to have

  • Experience/knowledge in advertising and/or advertising product, preferably in the streaming / media space
  • Experience with DSP driven advertising ecosystems is a plus
