Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead MuleSoft's growth through its partner ecosystem. The role involves defining and executing a global partner-led growth strategy, identifying key partners, developing joint initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate customer adoption of MuleSoft's AI and integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software product management, strategic thinking, technical depth in API-led connectivity and AI/LLM frameworks, and excellent collaboration skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and define the global ISV and SI partner strategy for MuleSoft, aligned with broader business unit growth priorities.
  2. Develop joint go-to-market programs, including solution bundling, technical enablement, co-marketing, and co-sell motions with partners.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Alliances & Channels, and Legal teams to advance partner objectives.
  4. Identify, recruit, and develop high-value strategic partnerships that enhance and support the adoption of MuleSoft’s AI and integration capabilities.
  5. Monitor competitive cloud and integration ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities, trends, and best practices.
