What you'd actually do

  5. Lead multiple teams of technical professionals across incident response, consulting, and implementation services

Required

  • Experience leading revenue growth for professional services organizations in LATAM
  • Proven track record of building and scaling technical teams across multiple countries
  • Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics and business practices
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining partnerships
  • Experience overseeing incident response, consulting, or technology implementation projects
  • Track record of successful business case development and execution
  • Strong public speaking and thought leadership capabilities
  • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and either Spanish-or-Portuguese
  • Ability to travel locally in region as well as internationally (e.g. to the United States)
