Director of Operations for Northrop Grumman's Space Sector in Alice Springs, Australia. What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for the day-to-day 24/7 operations of the NG team at a site located in Alice Springs, Australia.
  2. leading a team to consistently exceed expectations, ensuring performance management tasks prioritized, and effective teams are in place.
  3. primary interface to the local customer, both US Government and Australian counterparts representing the program as well as the company.
  4. provide career development and coaching, performance feedback and management.
  5. actively recruit and maintain staffing levels working closely with other site leaders and the Program Manager.
