  1. Demonstrates a proven track record of excellent program management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
  2. Driving all phases of project management to include feasibility, definition, planning, prioritization, implementation and close out of projects
  3. Effectively applying project management methodology and standards, and ensuring project documents are complete and up to date
  4. Displaying cross-functional teamwork, communication, negotiation and leading across all levels
  5. Partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
