Skills

Required

  • Biomedical Engineering, Engineering or Materials Science degree
  • 10+ years of NPD Project Management or related experience
  • 5+ years in people leadership
  • Technical expertise and proven experience developing and scaling manufacturing processes
  • Experience in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering or Materials Science fundamentals
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong change management leadership skills
  • Collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills in complex environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Up to 20% travel both domestic and international

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience in medical device industry (Cardiovascular, Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, Wound Care, GYN, GI, etc.)
  • Experience in Healing and/or CV products (Closure devices, valves, sealants, adhesives, scaffolds, etc.)
