Salesforce is seeking a Director of Recruiting Analytics & Insights to lead strategic recruiting analytics initiatives and drive data-informed decision making. The role focuses on predictive analytics and an agentic future for surfacing insights to the recruiting organization, moving beyond standard reporting to understand the 'why' behind hiring outcomes. The director will lead a team of analysts and researchers, shaping recruiting strategy with AI-driven insights.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide visible leadership in shaping recruiting analytics and insights strategies across the organization
  2. Partner with recruiting leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement data-informed improvements
  3. Lead the development of recruiting data perspectives, including metrics, visuals, deliverables, and insights used across the company
  4. Design and communicate complex data analyses, research studies, and measurement frameworks in a clear and accessible way
  5. Translate analytics and research findings into actionable insights aligned with recruiting objectives

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in people analytics, research, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience directly leading teams and complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Knowledge of HR information systems and people analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical techniques
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and developing measurement frameworks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to a variety of audiences, including executive leaders
