This is a Director of Recruiting role focused on G&A, Manufacturing, and Go-to-Market functions for an AI infrastructure company. The role involves scaling the talent acquisition function, building and developing a recruiting team, and partnering with executives to ensure hiring outcomes align with business priorities and aggressive growth plans. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead talent acquisition across Corporate/G&A, Manufacturing, and GTM, aligning hiring roadmaps with business priorities, growth plans, and operational realities.
  2. Build and scale a recruiting team that operates with urgency, judgment, and consistency — setting the standard for responsiveness and execution quality.
  3. Mentor and develop recruiting managers, growing leadership depth within the team and building the next tier of recruiting leaders.
  4. Serve as a strategic partner to executives and hiring leaders, driving role clarity, calibration, and shared accountability for hiring outcomes.
  5. Evolve the recruiting model to balance velocity with consistency — moving from reactive execution to proactive, predictable hiring.
