Director, Recruiting - G&a, & Manufacturing

This role is for a Director of Recruiting focused on G&A, Manufacturing, and Go-to-Market functions at an AI infrastructure company. The primary responsibility is to scale the talent acquisition function to support rapid company growth, build and develop a recruiting team, and partner with executives to ensure hiring outcomes. The role emphasizes strategic talent acquisition, process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and the adoption of AI tools within recruiting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead talent acquisition across Corporate/G&A, Manufacturing, and GTM, aligning hiring roadmaps with business priorities, growth plans, and operational realities.
  2. Build and scale a recruiting team that operates with urgency, judgment, and consistency — setting the standard for responsiveness and execution quality.
  3. Mentor and develop recruiting managers, growing leadership depth within the team and building the next tier of recruiting leaders.
  4. Serve as a strategic partner to executives and hiring leaders, driving role clarity, calibration, and shared accountability for hiring outcomes.
  5. Evolve the recruiting model to balance velocity with consistency — moving from reactive execution to proactive, predictable hiring.

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
