Director, Resource-led Planning Coe Lead

This role leads the development and execution of strategies to enhance workforce forecast capabilities by partnering with the People Team. It involves designing and implementing end-to-end connected processes across headcount, workforce planning, and related domains, driving innovation in planning methodologies and linking workforce strategy to financial impacts. The role requires strong financial planning and analysis, modeling, and data management skills within a corporate or matrixed environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the People Team to enhance workforce forecast capabilities and ensure the completeness of existing headcount, including cost center mapping.
  2. Lead the strategy for headcount data cleansing and ensure accuracy within the financial system.
  3. Design and establish end-to-end connected processes across headcount, workforce planning, and related functions.
  4. Spearhead the development, management, and reporting of models for all revenue-related resourcing, including advisory services and marketing development funds.
  5. Serve as the Planning COE liaison, facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 10 or more years of work experience
