The Trade Desk is seeking a Director, Retail Partnerships to own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and growth of retail relationships for their CTV platform, Ventura OS. This role involves scaling platform distribution, activation, and monetization through strategic retail alliances, and driving joint monetization strategies linking CTV inventory with retail shopper data.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and lead the multi‑year retail partnership strategy aligned to platform scale, monetization, and advertiser value creation.
  2. Own senior‑level relationships with key retail partners, acting as executive sponsor and primary strategic lead.
  3. Drive joint monetization strategies linking CTV inventory with retail shopper data, measurement, and advertiser demand.
  4. Oversee retail‑specific GTM strategies including launches, merchandising, promotions, and co‑marketing initiatives.
  5. Influence product, engineering, marketing, and operations roadmaps based on retail partner needs and market trends.
