This role is for a Director of Sales Enablement, focusing on training and coaching sales teams on sales methodologies, tools, and techniques to improve productivity. It involves building enablement strategies, assessing needs, developing coaching plans, and facilitating training. The role requires strong sales experience and the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide coaching and mentoring that incorporates sales strategy and proven sales methodology
  2. Build and implement annual, and quarter by quarter enablement strategy by working with key stakeholders, assessing needs, and leveraging quantitative and qualitative data.
  3. Make data driven decisions to determine learning gaps and develop/deliver coaching plans to improve productivity.
  4. Organize, coach/prepare, and evaluate for sales readiness assessments.
  5. Facilitate one to one and group coaching either virtually or in person to drive continual learning and up-skilling sales techniques.

Skills

Required

  • Exceptional and engaging interpersonal communication style
  • Experienced in communicating with business and technical personas
  • 5+ years experience in sales or sales management
  • Recognized capabilities, certifications, and qualifications in leading sales methodologies, coaching frameworks and MEDDPICC
  • Ability to align and influence others, establish direction, achieve consensus and execute
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and outcome-oriented mindset
  • Effective time manager
  • Superb organizational and project management skills
