What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute the regional Sales Excellence strategy aligned with global priorities, leveraging best practices from other regions while also leading the way with European originated practices that can be shared with the other regions.
  2. Lead a team focused on Sales Enablement and Sales Communication, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  3. Develop and deliver the sales enablement annual plan, leading the regionalization of the sales plays, creating and delivering Europe specific enablement programs
  4. Lead the communication and training of new tools, and resources to enhance sales effectiveness.
  5. Lead the Client Account Plan Center of Excellence, ensuring best practices and consistency across regions.

Skills

Required

  • Profound experience in Sales Excellence, Enablement, or related roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
  • Experience in multinational environments and matrix organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans, leading the execution through the immediate team and cross functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of enablement tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for internal audiences at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills: experience managing multiple complex concurrent activities, working well under pressure and with a strong bias for action.
  • Ability to interpret data and drive insights for continuous improvement.
  • Skilled at influencing and partnering across functions and geographies.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Articulate clear, concise, and impactful recommendations and updates to senior management, ensuring alignment and support for the initiatives.
