What you'd actually do

  1. Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across a specific geography
  2. Building a sales team and the future sales leaders of Cribl
  3. Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
  4. Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
  5. You will be part of a proven leadership team and play a key role in developing the GTM.
