Director, Sales Operations & Strategy for Adobe's Worldwide Education business. This role partners with sales leadership to convert data into actionable insights, leads internal sales processes and operational efforts to increase sales efficiency, focuses on sales performance reporting, accurate forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include managing territory, sales targets, and annual planning, driving the execution of the Education business’s go-to-market strategy, and working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to find performance gaps and prioritize initiatives. The role requires leading a team and influencing senior leaders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the trusted advisor and thought partner to Head of Sales
  2. Provide analytical thought leadership, build meaningful business insights, establish strategic operational priorities, and develop and allocate key performance metrics
  3. Drive & support planning efforts covering sales strategy, quota setting, team structure and territory assignments.
  4. Lead analysis to understand business performance and important metrics
  5. Support goals setting, tracking, and performance measurement of the business
