This role is for a Director of Sales Strategy Enablement Process Design & Adoption at Microsoft. Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, engineering or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance

  • 6+ years of experience in in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance
  • 4+ years people management experience
  • Experience designing end-to-end processes, including simplifying complex, cross-functional workflows into scalable operating models
  • Experience defining governance structures and decision frameworks that clarify ownership, roles, and priorities
  • Experience owning large, recurring operational processes (e.g., planning cycles), including managing cadence, dependencies, and predictable delivery
  • Ability to apply systems thinking to translate complex work into clear, repeatable processes
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams in matrixed environments and contribute to decision-making without direct authority
  • Experience leading and developing teams, including providing direct feedback, setting clear performance expectations, and reinforcing a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement
