What you'd actually do

  1. Own and evolve the Sales Transformation Office operating model — including methodologies, delivery standards, governance, and performance management
  2. Own Adobe's highest-priority sales transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic outcomes and measurable business impact
  3. Design and lead governance structures tailored to initiative complexity — including executive forums, operating cadences, and decision gates
  4. Act as a visible change leader across the sales ecosystem, driving adoption, readiness, and sustained behavioral change
  5. Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of senior Sales Transformation Program Managers — setting clear expectations, providing direct feedback, and creating an environment where experienced talent thrives
