This role is for a Director of Security Program Management at Adobe. The primary focus is on driving collaboration between Security and partner organizations, establishing execution rigor, and developing a high-performing senior Technical Program Management team. The role involves translating enterprise and Security objectives into cohesive roadmaps, managing portfolios, and establishing security outcomes and success metrics. It also requires leading senior-level forums, integrating objectives into execution workflows, and building/evolving Security PMO governance. A key aspect is leveraging automation and analytics, and driving AI powered change within the Security PMO to improve execution efficiency and signal quality. The role requires experience leading large-scale, cross-enterprise programs, a strong understanding of software development processes and cloud technologies, and experience applying AI/ML to operational challenges for automation, analytics, or efficiency improvements. It is not a hands-on AI/ML development role but rather a program management role that leverages AI/ML for operational improvements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full Security execution funnel, from setting goals and objectives and key results through delivery, measurement, and executive reporting
  2. Translate enterprise and Security objectives into cohesive, cross‑org execution roadmaps aligned to diverse planning cadences
  3. Drive portfolio prioritization and dependency management across Cyber Ops, Product Security, Architecture, GRC, and OCSO
  4. Establish clear security outcomes and success metrics, impact and risk reduction.
  5. Leverage automation, analytics, drive AI powered change within the Security PMO to improve execution efficiency and signal quality

Skills

Required

  • Experience leading high-performing teams with outsized impact
  • 10+ years leading large-scale, cross-enterprise programs in complex tech environments
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and system architectures.
  • Skilled in program build, governance, and operating models
  • Strong communication and ability to build trust quickly and influence senior leaders, engineering teams, and business collaborators.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret metrics and convert them into clear executive insights.
  • Experience applying AI/ML to operational challenges, especially for automation, analytics, or efficiency improvements
  • Effective in ambiguous, matrixed environments; outcome-focused; strong judgement

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Cloud Security, Product Security, secure development methods, and GRC or equivalent experience is a plus.
