Director of Software Development to lead the engineering organization responsible for the Business Process Optimization System (BPOS) platform, which uses AI-powered automation and enterprise-scale tooling to improve business processes. The role involves owning the strategy, execution, and scaling of the BPOS Process Registry platform, built on Oracle technologies and AI/ML-assisted capabilities. The Director will lead a team to deliver an MVP, scale the platform, and establish engineering practices for operational maturity, requiring strong technical judgment, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, lead, and scale the software engineering team responsible for the BPOS Process Registry platform.
  2. Own engineering execution for the BPOS platform, including MVP delivery, roadmap planning, architecture direction, release management, production readiness, and long-term scalability.
  3. Lead technical architecture decisions across Oracle APEX development standards, Oracle Database design, ORDS/API integration, identity integration, deployment architecture, security posture, and performance strategy.
  4. Drive delivery of core Process Registry capabilities, including process registration, metrics tracking, reporting, workflow support, and integration with AI-assisted scoring and insights.
  5. Partner with AI scientists, product stakeholders, process excellence leaders, and OCI infrastructure teams to integrate predictive analytics, intelligent recommendations, and automation into the platform.
