- Lead execution of complex software, data, and ML systems ensuring reliability, scalability, and integration across platforms.
- Translate domain strategies into actionable plans, aligning teams with architecture and operational priorities.
- Oversee full software development lifecycle, championing DevOps practices and system health monitoring.
- Drive cloud cost optimization and reduce operational overhead to enhance engineering velocity.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver AI/ML-enabled features and agentic systems.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering professional development and succession planning.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, ensuring roadmap alignment and stakeholder coordination.
