What you’ll be doing:
- Lead a team of engineers and leaders building employee-facing products.
- Participate in product design and development, engaging at all levels of execution.
- Work closely with PMs, TPMs, and technical teams to drive engineering outcomes, enhance user experiences, and develop products and workflows that users love.
- Provide strategic direction working closely with senior leaders across NVIDIA
- Provide technical leadership strongly advocate for AI-first experiences.
What we need to see:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, or a related technical field.
- 15+ overall years of experience building software in the tech industry.
- 8+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
- Product-first thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Strong experience building and leveraging AI agents.
- Experience designing distributed systems.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Familiarity with issue tracking and agile delivery products.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and high-quality release practices.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 292,000 USD - 442,750 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
