This group is dedicated to producing high-quality software products that support business growth and technological advancement within the Agentic Commerce - Sparky BackEnd domain. What you'll do:
- Lead execution of complex software, data, and ML systems ensuring reliability, scalability, and integration across platforms.
- Oversee full software development lifecycle, championing DevOps practices and system health monitoring to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver AI/ML-enabled features and agentic systems for automation and decision support.
- Manage engineering capacity, backlog prioritization, and cloud cost optimization to enhance velocity and reduce operational overhead.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and succession planning aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align roadmaps, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation, risk mitigation, and effective technical decision-making.
What you'll bring:

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
