Product Management Director to lead strategy, development, and execution of AI products and capabilities in the clinical space, focusing on AI-enabled software products in highly regulated environments. The role involves defining and owning product roadmaps for a complex ecosystem supporting clinical and regulatory workflows, partnering with engineering on technical standards for AI systems, and ensuring solutions meet quality, compliance, and trust expectations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and lead the execution of a large‑scale, interconnected product ecosystem that supports mission‑critical workflows in regulated contexts.
  2. Define a future‑state ecosystem aligned to enterprise strategy, prioritizing investments that balance business impact, technical feasibility, and risk.
  3. Act as a strategic product partner to senior business and functional leaders—translating complex goals, constraints, and requirements into a clear product vision.
  4. Partner with engineering leadership to assess architectural trade‑offs and establish technical standards for AI‑enabled systems operating under strict quality and compliance expectations.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization and with external partners.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering transformational AI products in a start-up and/or enterprise environment
  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • 3+ years in Pharma, Biotech, Med-tech, Life Science industries
  • Deep understanding of complex ecosystem products
  • proven ability to partner and guide teams to deliver reliable, consistent and compliant systems
  • Deep technical expertise with ability to evaluate complex architectures and guide decision-making
